All orders are subject to 1-2 days of processing time; after which the following delivery timeframes apply. Please bear in mind deliveries do not take place on Sundays/Public Holidays.

LOCATING YOUR PARCEL

Packages are classed as “lost” if it has been more than 15 working days since the estimated time of arrival of the package. Please email us at info@decastrojewellery.com and we will try our best to provide you with information regarding your order. Please note we are not responsible for packages which are unclaimed or where incorrect shipping information has been provided.
